Every thing we offer is made by us, in our shop located in Wyoming, USA

Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping policy
We offer free US shipping on most small goods with a weight under 1 lb. On larger items we offer free shipping on orders over $200 with goods under 3 lbs weight and less than 20 " long. On larger items such as Saddles, Romal Reins or Breastcollars, etc shipping will be calculated. We do our best to keep shipping prices as reasonable as possible.
Our shop is situated in a very rural location. We try to ship as promptly as possible, but sometimes weather or an issue on the ranch slows us down.
Please keep in mind that we are only two people and there are only so many hours in the day. We greatly appreciate your business and your patience!
RETURNS
Custom ordered products are not returnable except in the case of an error on our part. Your satisfaction is our goal and if you experience any issues, we want to know about it.
On in stock items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
